Question: How do I make those little boxes with the types in them? Like the ones Acanthite has for their moves, and Pokemon types? Thanks ^^
I made some for my game
I'll see if I can think of a way to explain it
I also made cyber and light types
Lol, great minds think alike :P.

I made light, cyber, and plasma :O.

Anyway, if you could make a tutorial, that'd be great =]
question how do i make trainer sprites?

is it the same way as pokemon spriting?
Not to spam or anything but it looks slightly better when you finish the sprite you can make a outline thats blended yet darker than the inside of the black outlining...I'd like to post examples if that is okay with the admins.

I don't see any reason why not, so post away. :) Although if these examples aren't yours we'll need you to give credit to whoever they do belong to, but that's about it.
Oh they are mine....
They're coming

It depends what you mean by 'make'. Do you mean making them from scratch? Or fusing, recolouring or revamping?
If so, yes, it is very similar, however, trainer spriting is easier because everyone is the same species.

This is my trainer spriting tutorial. Feedback appreciated.

EDIT: I kind of rushed this tutorial, you may find that with some more time you can do a lot better than I did here.
One last step I forgot to mention, for shading and outlining, using the sprite you were using as reference (the official Nintendo one), see how they've hadnled shading and outlines, and apply that to your sprite for a more official appearance.
