I attempted the Sugimori style tutorial from Deviantart on a Cherubi sketch I drew a while ago. This is the outcome.
There are several thing I don't really like about it, like the outlines, the way the coloring turned out, the music note, and the shading. Besides all that, I think it turned out pretty decent. I just want to know anyone else's opinion on my first real attempt.

It's pretty good. You've noted all the things that i find not so good.

What the count said and if you want to fix the whole neon color, use colors from the official artwork or the pokemon sprite itself.
