Well, you're right, a REALLY good hack would be hard to find out, but whatever. :P
Focus Sash IS allowed, because it is not a luck-related item. :)
I'll enter.
Name: Wichu
FC: 3523-0509-6202
Preferred mode: Level 100
Prize: No thanks (I don't want lv100s, already have Mew, and you already traded me your Parasect)
As you said cheated Master Balls are allowed, could I assume that you're not banning item cheats? It's not as if I'm affected, just curious.
I can give a shiny Pelipper or UT Manaphy instead. :P
I suppose. But I don't really like it when people hack a sash, then a scarf, then a leftovers. :P
But you can use them. And you've been entered.
What's the purpose on making people raise their team? I don't see any logical and objective reasoning on why legit hacks and shoddy are banned.
Because a team that has effort put into it should not be beaten by a Pokemon thrown together in 5 minutes. :)

That is not logical or objective, that is simply your opinion.
Something logical?
In a mixed tournament, some people battle using Wi-Fi, others Shoddy.
What if someone had Wi-Fi, but not Shoddy? Shoddy takes like 15 mins to download, and I for one am not willing to take 5 minutes to reconstruct my team on my Shoddy account. :P

I suppose, but what about hacks? It's not that I don't agree with you, but my point is that you should keep your opinion out of a tournament environment.
Yet tiers are also opinions. Most Wi-Fi tournaments disallow hacks.
UPDATE:
Things are looking hopeless, so I've dropped the rounds to 8. If we get an excess of players, I'll make it 16 again. :)
