Here's what I have-
Absol (Male, level not important)
Item- Scope Lens (Increases Critical hit rate)
Ability- Super Luck (Same as scope lens)
Moves:
Night Slash
Flamethrower
Ice Beam
Thunderbolt
I got the last three moves through TM's, don't worry about hacking. It's mostly the moves I need help with, any suggestions?
Well seeing as though it has Super Luck, it'd be best to capitalize on that a bit more. Adding Slash or Psycho Cut over any of those special moves is fine. Absol should be maxed in Attack, and not use special attack moves.
I did this thread on Absol ages ago, but it should help. It's older than Platinum yet its still good.

I still wouldn't go so far to add slash, but do this:

The reason I put the special moves is for type advantages. I'd like to keep two special moves, most likely Ice Beam and Flamethrower. Maybe get rid of Thunderbolt to bring in Phsyco cut?
Nope, don't have Special moves, it's Special attack isn't. You'd still be better off using a Physical move over a Super effective special one. And if you picked any 2 special ones, it would be IBeam and TBolt, they are the 2 that together have most coverage.

I vote in favor of the second moveset.
I still think future sight could be replaced with, say, Sucker Punch. Or Taunt, Snatch, or Quick Attack.
To be honest, I am not a big fan of Future Sight. Yes, it can come in handy sometimes, but... *sigh*
I am going to have to agree with RT on this one. I think future sight could be replaced with either Sucker Punch or Quick Attack at least. Taunt and Snatch sounds good too.
