They're really nice! You've got a very unique but awesome style. It's as if they're about to jump off the screen and kick my ass :D I can't see any flaws. except the topleft outline of the blue and white things tail looks slightly odd.
The last one is awesome, what a cool design. Brilliant sprites as always Kanga.

The one on the far left is based on an echidna, a native monotreme of Australia and New Guinea.

You've improved mate. A lot I'd say. These are pretty cool looking, I like the first Green bug best, tell me, are they an alt. Trapinch line?
