This is a new card that I made over the last couple days. And yes, that is a set number on it. *Information coming soon!
Any comments are welcome! If anyone could give me any help with the Font for the HP and attack, that would be great!

Overall, I have to say, I'm impressed! The idea of making Copycat a Poké-Power works really well, and using Wish as a free attack is also really cool. Plus, the fact that this is a Pokémon LV.X makes it work absolutely perfectly.
Gonna hate me for this but I'm just gonna correct that wording for you:
Copycat
Once during your turn (before your attack), you may shuffle your hand into your deck. If you do, count the number of cards in your opponent's hand and draw that many cards. [This power can't be used if Clefable is affected by a Special Condition.]
(The bit in square brackets is optional but, as it's a Poké-Power, recommended.)
Wish
Search your deck or discard pile for any 1 card and put it into your hand. If you searched your deck, shuffle your deck afterward. Clefable can't use Wish during your next turn.
Given all that, I'm gonna say 9/10. Probably the best card I've seen from you thus far. :)
