It looks very official (the fonts and the format), but is 'Thunder Giratina' really necessary? Can't it just be 'Giratina'? Also, the artwork could have a better background. I don't know; maybe I'm in a bad criticizing mood or something. The card is okay.
I made it Thunder Giratina for fun. There are SO many fake Giratina cards out there, so I decided to add a little twist to this one. I made a Thunder Giratina LV.X, so it should be posted soon. And yes, they are kind of broken.

If you noticed, he isn't the lllustrator. He's just using the art. Onto the actual cards. They're way too powerful, and the name text font is gill sans bold, not condensed. And the flavor text font is wrong. But everything else looks good.
