I don't think any Pokemon fangame project is making very good headway right now. Everywhere I look I see slow progress. (If anyone can point an example of a fast moving project right now, feel free)

Better than Quartz.
While I admit to not making headway with Quartz, it was because I gave my all to Acanthite, which is more than we (as a community) can say for you. And as such, Quartz was only an idea. And ideas are bulletproof. Ideas never die.
