Also I think that you can do the fonts of the name and description of the attack a bit smaller (I say that you should reducing the height and a wide around a 2%)
Also I think that the borders looks like dull metal, I think that you could make it a shinier, specially the Pokemon lv. X blank.
And finally, I think the Poke-body text will look better in a Italic format

I hope that my comment can help you

It certainly does! I was hoping someone could come and really give it to me hahaha. Let me address your concerns:

- I've always used "widescreen" artboxes, I think the art is one of the most important parts of the card. But yes I was trying to make a very "efficient" design. I don't know what I was thinking for the bottom, I should have put the dividing line further left (and for retreat cost use multipliers, like x1 or x3, for instance). I'll need to fix that.

- Concerning attack sizes, are you seeing them compared to the card name, as if they're too close in size? I personally like the size of the attack text, would it be better to increase the font size for the card name and HP?

- I don't want to make my cards too flashy. Here's a card I made in 2005 that was ridiculous:

I'm trying to focus on a clean, simple look. Even the Lv.X should have just a simple gold look, I believe.

- You're probably right about the BODY/POWER icons but I stupidly flattened the layers before I saved them :/ I'm too lazy to remake them :/
