No, I don't think its stretched, I think its what he did to it to make it looked like he scanned it. (The blurring, the greenish tint)
I did scan it. I printed it off in bad color ink, and I scanned it. It's part of a set I'm working on, so I'm not giving away full quality images.

Nah, I think that's just bad print quality. If you look at the "y" in the first attack name, that's got a similar blemish.
