Wow, did you draw that Arceus? I'm asking because I haven't seen an image of Arceus like that before and I wanted to make sure. It looks really good, crisp and professional. I'm going to blow the excessive whistle again because I think this card is just a little too powerful. Destruction Protect would be okay if it was either a half restore or the opponent takes a prize like it knocked out the Pokemon. I remember a Ho-oh card having a similar effect. I think Restoring Light needs a lot more energy or the healing effects would only go to one benched Pokemon. That's my opinion, but it is your card :). Do what is good by you. Good job.
