Simple story behind this - it's a good Stadium card (if it was still legal I'd use it just to kill off Togekiss) and it warrants a reprint just because the Sugi artwork for the Battle Frontier in Sinnoh is awesome.

Since Pokémon USA is sticking with the DPxx prefix for their promotional cards, I'll use PLxx.
