Doesn't count as a creepypasta to me, since it's not laughably terrible.
Seriously-- every Pokemon creepypasta ever is "One day I bought a Pokemon game on eBay then I was playing it but it was weird and then the game broke the fourth wall suddenly BLOOD DEATH EVERYWHERE". This is actually pretty plausible.

Bear in mind this is one of the first creepypastas, though. They had originality and stuff.

Hooray for obvious facts!
All Pokemon regions, even Merto, have at least one, "o".
Kanto
Johto
Hoenn
Sinnoh
Unova
Merto
Which also points out that two consecutive regions (in creation order) have two consecutive n's, Hoenn and Sinnoh.
Obvious, but interesting.
EDIT: Something I just thought of.
The only time your character can go inside water with no glitches is in RSE, in Lavaridge Town's Pokemon Center. You walk out the back door in the top-left corner, then walk to the left and into the Hot Springs. You can also talk to two old ladies there who talk about the Hot Springs. This is also (I believe) the only Pokemon Center with more than one door leading to the outside.
It's a very interesting Pokemon Center...
The only time anyone sings in the Pokemon main-game is in RSE in Mauville's Pokemon Center. A man with either red, blue, or green hair (depending on Ruby, Sapphire, and Emerald, respectively) will sing you the following song: SHAKE IT DO THE DIET DANCE. Then he will ask you to change the lyrics.
I changed it to SHAKE IT DO THE LUDICOLO DANCE.
In Snowpoint City in DPPt, there is a random Psyduck wandering around with no owner.

Marill was originally pink. Fabulous!

However, by talking to this guy at Village Bridge in B/W, you can hear him singing in the background music. (Sounds so cool! *o*)

OKAY, OKAY, I GOT SOME!
----
1. Marill was originally planned to be pink.
2. There's been some debate as to what the Pika-Clone of the Second Generation is. Some say it's Pichu because it's related to Pikachu and others say Marill.
*I think it's Marill because it's quite similar to Pikachu in stats and such. Also, Marill gains a pre-volution (no, I spelled that right) in the next generation, Gen III, akin to Pikacu, who gains Pichu in Gen II.
3. (ANOTHER MARILL FACT) Before Gen II was revealed, people that Marill was directly related to Pikachu because of its similar size and stats. Many thought that it was going to be an evolution or such, and some even dubbed it PikaBlu.
*It may seem stupid, but Pokemon was just becoming widespread, and no-one knew WHAT to expect, unlike the Gen V, where most of the Pokemon was pretty much expected.
4. Victini is Junichi Masuda's new favorite Pokemon. Before, it was
5. Clefairy was originally planned to be Pokemon's mascot, but Pikachu dominated and Pokemon became widely known because of his cuteness...?
6. Mew wasn't planned to be in the orignal games (Pokemon Red and Blue). Some programmer decided to secretly program the 151st Pokemon into the game. Because of his action, many more people started buying Pokemon (because, of course, everyone like things they can get that weren't "free" before).
I think they also paid for shipping.
7. Hitmonchan and Hitmonlee are (OBVIOUSLY) based on Jackie Chan and Bruce Lee, respectively (DUH, miles099! everyone knows that!)
J--JUST BECAUSE I FIGURED THAT OUT IN GEN IV DOESN'T MEAN YA GOTTA MAKE FUN OF ME!
Okay, Gen III and IV facts (I've done too much of I and II--cuz I can go on forevar!).
8. Rotom is spelled Motor backwards (DUH, EVERYONE KNOWS THAT!)
9. Rotom is soley based on Game Freak's previous video game attempt, Pulseman (look 'im up)
*In fact, Pikachu's signature move, Volt Tackle, is based on Pulseman's move, Voteccer (I dunno how to spell it).
10. Shellos and Gastrodon were originally planned to be programmed into Gen III games, but wasn't for some ungodly reason.
11. Mudkipz. Nuff said.
*Mud!
*Kip!
*Mud!
*Kip!
*BLAAARRRGGGHHH!!!
12. Smugleaf. Not nuff said.
*"There's an 'I' in Win and 'U' in Failure"! (The many quotes of Smugleaf...)
(I stole some of the ones below from http://ohnotheydidnt.livejournal.com/50471630.html)!
13. Illumise in the only Gen III Pokemon with the letter I in its name [I(llumise) think I knew that one]
14. Parasect's PokeDex entry (I don't know which) states that it's spores are used as medicine in China. This is a really rare reference to the real world because the Pokemon World (as we know it now) has NOTHING to do with the real world (I'm not good at explaining during the night...)
15. Ditto and Poliwag share the same cry, but is not as famous as the Charizard-Rhyhorn situation.
16. Heatran is the first legendary Pokemon to be either male or female.
17. Jirachi and Manaphy are he only Pokemon to not have main-game locations.
18. Spinarak was created from an event Pokemon--I guess children drawing or something?
19. Mew was one of the only Pokemon to be left out of the PokeRap (same for Celebi in Gen II)
20. Lt. Surge is the one of Gym Leaders who's known to have lived outside of his region. The other is Fantina.
I'd like to do more, but i feel like i'm stealing!

Minor bump but this disturbed me a little...
One of the Japanese Pokedexes states that Grovyle "rips its enemies in half and eats the entrails."
Oh, the joy of Pokemon... O_o

Oh yeah, I forgot how much things get filtered during translation.
It's just like that scene where you get a peep at the Lass in the original anime intro.

I once read a Pokédex entry about jumping over the Eiffel Tower. I forget which Pokémon, but I believe it was Diamond version. And I didn't know about Village Bridge guy until I got B/W on my birthday [Sept. 19]. But it does sound awesome! Also, if you ride your bike there, the music will not change. And miles, Glacia in RSE is foreign too, although she is an Elite 4 member.
In B/W, Elite 4 Shauntal makes a reference to Volkner if you battle her after you beat the story.
Although Grimsley looks like a guy, all of his/her Pokémon are female. o_o
One time recently I talked to Cynthia in Undella Town, and she said, "So here is my dilemma. Which swimsuit would look better on me? White or Black?"
Also in Undella, two people in a house reference Steven.
A male backpacker in the Desert Resort says this when beaten: "Oh look! A sea of sand! I don't need my Go-goggles for this! Oh, sorry, I came from Hoenn." Win.
Well, that's it for now. I pretty much rambled about facts I found in BW.
