Anyone manage to find any shinies yet?
I'm asking because I managed to find a shiny Meditite in Mt Coronet on Firday. Oddly enough, it was the first Pokemon I ran into in Mt Coronet. O.o

I'm gonna remove the HM moves (except Surf and Fly), then level-up my Pokemon so I can defeat the Elite Four.
Oh, I also have event Regigigas and Shaymin over from Diamond and Pearl.
3 water moves on Empoleon and 3 electric moves on Electabuzz? Isn't that redundant?

Who cares about that. I go with whatever suits me best.
Besides, more moves of one type equals less usage of items like Elixers.

That is true, to be honest, but I think it's the best go with a maximum of 2 attacks of the same type.

So, yeah. I replaced 4 Pokemon with other Pokemon and I found a substitute for my 'slave-slot'. That leaves only one Pokemon from my old team in this team (who could that be? :P)
Yanmega (Double Team, AncientPower, Uproar, Hypnosis)
Mamoswine (Mud Bomb, AncientPower, Ice Shard, Take Down)
Gliscor (Swords Dance, Night Slash, U-Turn, Faint Attack)
Magmortar ( Faint Attack, Lava Plume, Confuse Ray, Thunderbolt)
Magnezone (SonicBoom, Thunder Wave, Spark, Shock Wave)
Bibarel (Return, Waterfall, Amnesia, Rollout)
All of my Pokemon are level 39.
So, Yanmega needs Bug Buzz/U-Turn and Air Slash and Magnezone needs to replace everything with better moves (except Thunder Wave).
Mamoswine is okay. It needs Earthquake, which it will learn in level 40.
Gliscor has a great moves for its level. Faint Attack gets replaced by EQ and U-Turn by a Flying STAB move (unsure).
Magmortar is my main powerhouse for now. Lava Plume gets replaced by Flamethrower.
Bibarel is the only one that didn't get replaced (big surprise) and learned Waterfall (yay for having Diamond and a second DS!)
I'm currently in Mt. Coronet and working my way up to the top.
EDIT: How do you guys get such high levels? I really don't understand <_<
Its really quite simple. All you need is the Vs. Seeker. Just find a trainer and repeatedly battle that trainer with a pokemon by using the Vs. Seeker. I like to find a trainer with pokemon weak to the type of pokemon I'm training. Some trainers get stronger the more you fight them as well.
I will ev train my pokemon, but I'll wait till I finish the game. I'll give them tons of the ev reducing berries and then infect them with pokevirus and then ev train them.
Yeah, good luck finding a Pokérus-carrying Pokémon. That's the only way to catch it.
I'm going to end up getting Platinum on Sunday, my Mom's getting it for me as a present. Wish me luck catching up with you all.
That is where my diamond comes in. I've got like 10 pokemon in my pc with pokevirus.
