My team was DESTROYED by Cynthia's Garchomp. I feel stupid. But the good news is that I just need to see her Milotic to finish the Sinnoh Dex.
@ Chilblane: If you had read my post carefully, you would have seen the part about the HM moves going away, except Surf and Fly, which would have left Empoleon with two water moves. ;)
As for Electabuzz, I trashed Discharge and Charge Beam for Thunder and Ice Punch.
Meanwhile, I still need to do more training before attempting to battle the Elite 4 again.
@ Hak: 4 of my Pokemon are traded, and I basically beat any trainer I could find.
Yes, that is a good way to level. Do not skip fights. :blink:
I don't think there is a single trainer in Sinnoh that I have passed that I didn't fight.
I haven't actually been playing very much though. Most of my gaming time is on animal crossing and super smash brothers brawl.
I never play in the morning, so I have skipped all the joggers XD

Pokérus is the only GOOD status condition, and it never goes away! I think it increases EVs and IVs, but I don't remember.

It is a good 'status condition'. It doubles the EVs you gain from defeating a Pokemon. But it does go away. If you leave your infected Pokemon in your party for 24 hours, the Pokerus disappears.
Now I'm at the 6th Gym and got my Riolu egg from Riley.
Also, my Pokemon are currently around the 38-41 Lvl range.

I'm 100% sure I'm underleveled now... Mine are around Level 42-44 range. I'm currently in front of the Victory Road.
