Here's some steps to complete that:
1. Get the HM for Strength from Riley on Iron Island.
2. Use Strength to push the boulders under the pixies.
@ Zameric: Uh, dude. There's a move tutor in Route 212 who can teach Infernape Thunderpunch for shards. =/

I know. I was asking if anyone could go there for me, since I did not have enough Blue shards at the time. But I don't need it anymore. :)
Got the Secret Key (first thing I did after the Internet connection at my house was restored today), and am having fun experimenting with Rotom's forms. Once my team is a little higher in level, I'm going to convert it to Frost Form and take my team for a run through the revamped E4....should be fun.

Well, that's just great! You know, due to a shipping error at my city's Toys 'R' Us, I couldn't get the Secret Key yesterday.
I guess I'm gonna getting it off of WiFi.
Oh well. At least I had better luck getting Pokemon off of XD: Gale of Darkness onto FireRed, then use Pal Park to get them onto Platinum. It's like one of my only options since I lost the ablity to transfer Pokemon from my Emerald onto Platinum. I just had to lose the game. DX

Do not lose :P
If you want to have a good chance of winning, use EV trained Pokemon. That's really the only advice I can give you.
Oh, and be sure to test out all the facilities :)

Honestly, EV training shouldn't make too much difference as long as your pokemon have a good range of moves; you may want to throw a bunch of Carbos at your "glass cannon" pokemon - pokemon like Lucario that have excellent atacking power but horrible defenses - just to make sure they outspeed stuff, but other than that I've done well enough with the same pokemon I used to get through the game....may want to train up my old Bibarel to see how it does in the Frontier, just for the heck of it, but other than that a team diverse enough to beat the E4, with the supplementation of move tutor moves, shoukld be pretty much enough to get you through most of the Frontier, if you have a good head for strategy.
