Exactly, I got the Memeber's Card BEFORE I beat the league, but now I've got one prerequisite done (Beating the league), now I need 12 more pokemon to fill up my dex to get the national dex.
I just kept fighting the old people near Mr. Blacklots mansion with a Amulet Coin then I bought like 99 Ultra Balls mwahahah xP but It only took about 20, I should of cloned my masterball in ruby though, Silly Celebi...
If you're smart it only takes a great ball.

It took me like 10 ultra balls to catch effing Uxie ffs. Ultras are NOT easy.
Uxie? What the... I caught him with a Great Ball. Easy, get a Roselia / Budew / RRade and Sleep Powder the death out of him. ;) Azelf... Tougher. I finally managed to Yawn him with Uxie when his Uproar PP fell to 0. Mesprit = Quick Ball.
I couldn't get effing Azelf because of my Snover's Snow Warning, I'm gonna find a way to bump into Mesprit, because it keeps running, and I'll be bringing like 40 quick balls. With Uxie I just used my Giratina's many ghost-type moves to pound the crap out of it then my Sneasel's false swipe to bring it down to 1 hp.
With Mesprit I just use Poison Powder or Stun Spore first time I see it, then throw Quick Balls after. I like how roaming Pokemon retain damage.
Now it startles me that it took so many balls for me to catch a level 50 when I just now caught a level 70 Dialga only using a great ball, a quick ball and 2 ultra balls.
Dialga and Palkia are the easiest Legendaries to capture, no matter what level they are.
