Yeah, at least you actually have super effective moves. I beat her with only my Grotle, using Curse(like 5 times) and then Bite. I won eventually.

Mirror the Bronzor[Im only using it so i can make Gardnia's Roserade fall asleep and use confusion on it]
And the same old teammates: Chocobo[lv 23],Kimba[lv 22],Miku[lv 20] and Toximoth[lv 18]

just level those up and you'll kick her around the gym! Haha btw if anyone has a dawn stone pm me I need 1.
I just got Platinum today, I haven't started playing it yet though, but I got it!!!!!
Progress! Beat Maylene and Wake on the first try (only needed 3 pokemon for Maylene), and am now getting ready to go to Canalave after having just beaten Cyrus inside the Celestic Ruins. Team;
Carnage the Gabite - Level 33 (I made the decision that I'm sticking with it when I taught it my Earthquake TM)
Xenon the Leafeon - Level 33 (taught it Bullet Seed, then Move Relearner'd Razor Leaf instead)
Rottweiler the Houndoom - Level 33 (if it wasn't so weak defensively, it would be perfection)
iRotom the Rotom - Level 33 (with Shock Wave and Ominous Wind, it's developed into my powerhouse)
*PinK* the Gastrodon - Level 33 (starting to develop into a partial HM slav, though it can still strike hard with Surf)
Fruitcake the Tropius - Level 30 (my new mega-HM slave; for now at least, it can also carry its weight in battle with Fly)
Finally made some progress again:
I beat Maylene on my first try (Thanks, Heracross) and I'm in Pastoria right now. I think my Pokemon are at a decent level right now:
Heracross - Level 30 (Physical powerhouse with Brick Break, Aerial Ace and Shadow Claw)
Grotle - Level 30 (Decent sweeper, Razor Leaf, Curse, Bite. Needs to evolve now :P)
Bibarel - Level 30 (Defense Curl + Rollout + Simple = Awesomeness :D)
Noctowl - Level 30 (Hypnosis is the only real option. Needs Air Slash :P)
Porygon2 - Level 32 (Special powerhouse with Signal Beam, Psybeam, Shock Wave and RECOVER)
Of course, Slave didn't level at all :P
I'm currently trying to get myself a Wingull, so it can learn Defog, Surf and Fly.
EDIT: If anyone knows some names for my Pokemon, please tell me. If there's something I'm not good at, it's thinking of nicknames.

I like the higher levels in this game.
Between Magmortar, Scizor and Jolteon, all with Fighting or Fire-type moves, you're going to completely own Candice.
Beat Candice through tediosity (it was very tedious), though I had a Level 50 Magmortar in my team in case of trouble (from me experimenting whether pokemon that evolved through trade still evolved when traded over the GTS; they do), but I would prefer to use pokemon trained myself on Platinum....anyway, heading to the peak of Mt. Coronet for the mega-ultra Galactic battle now....team;

Was hoping to have Gabite evolved by the time I hit the peak, but, eh. Rotom is becoming annoyingly weak to the many Dark attacks of Cyrus's pokemon (if it's used for anything other than Gyarados, it's basically dead instantly), and I doubt Riolu will have evolved or even levelled up to decent levels by the time I hit the peak, but I'm bringing it instead of my HM slave Tropius for the sake of the massive exp gain....
And yes, I realized I'm badly underlevelled. I'm going to rely on sheer luck (and maybe some Rare Candies to evolve Gabite) to pull out a victory by the skin of my teeth (even though teeth don't have skin), and I'm quite proud of it. Deal.
Currently fighting in the Battle Arcade. Have a nice streak going, hoping to get to the Frontier Brain.
