Try drawing them in different angles. It look really boring if they all face the same way...
They look good. The tadpole/lizard one is my favorite. Like everyone said, just work on the dragon like one and they'll be perfect!
Your starters are alright. I do suggest that you have them in different poses, but this is more of a concept drawing, if I'm correct.
