Well, I was just randomly thinking of Porygon-Z and then I realized that it look rather similar to Rotom.(you know, that spike on its head, the way it's shaped) So I decided to make an evolution for Rotom using Porygon-Z's body. It actually ended up looking a Rotom evo, and not just some crappy fusion. here it is:

Its a very good sprite if ya ask me. But I think It needs more b/c right now it look like you cut it in parts. I would add more change in it. But over all very good.

It is pretty cool, but I wouldn't exactly make an evolution for a legendary, because of thwise words of Prof. Rowan, "And yet, Legendary pokemon don't seem to evolve! Maybe because they are already in a perfected form sa is?" unquote.
^ I don't think you can consider Rotom a legendary... Just a one-off...
Although, they did more with it in Platinum..
ANYWAYS! It looks cool, but Gormy is right, it does seem to look like that it was just a cut and rearrange... didn't really add too much to it...
It's okay. I like it. I consider Rotom in the same category as Snorlax, not a Legendary, but you only have one opportunity to catch it yourself... well in Snorlax' case two. Great idea and nice rendition, although it is dangerously close to a fusion if it isn't one.
Actually, it is officially classified as a legendary. But, as I said, it looks incredibly good.
Thanks everyone. :) And for those of you who are confused about Rotom being legendary, it's not. You are allowed to use it in the Battle Frontier/Battle Tower. And I think that what Traveler said is true. It makes sense, because you might as well call Snorlax a legendary.
Rotom was mistakenly classed as a legendary, but it isn't, 100% not. Quite a good sprite though; the mix seems perfectly executed.
Traveler: Actually, you can have a shot at Rotom every day until you catch it, even if it faints. It must like that TV.
S.s.S.s.: You can also use Latios, Suicune, Moltres... Get the idea?
Super Whitey: Almost every handbook I've seen classifies Rotom as a Legendary, though. And it does play Legendary battle music when you fight it.
I think I'll start a thread on this... Anyway, the Rotom evo looks good, I like it a lot.
