I would change the type to normal/water. I would suggest not to make the out line so thick. Very nice love the name. By the way what did u use to create it?

And i got the idea from Azurill..so yeah. And i tried making it thinner but the outline would'nt wanna appear. And i used SUMO Paint :D

I think it looks really cute. The pink cheeks are what does it for me.:p Great concept.:)
