Pokémon Acanthite Forums

Before I begin, if you don't know what MechaMew2 is, it is mechanical machine made by Giovanni in the broadway musical "Pokémon Live!" that ran in the US and Portugal years ago. But if you want to see the story, someone called nintendomaximus from DeviantArt wrote it as a comic, broken down into parts. Here are a good place for info:

Now for the reason I believe it could be a Pokémon:

- In my dictionary, if it fights like a Pokémon, it's a Pokémon.
- Giovanni made its purpose to fight Pokémon
- Many places I read say it is a Pokémon.
- Just because it is man-made, it doesn't mean it is not a Pokémon because Porygon and Mewtwo were created by man.
- And according to the US commercial, they call it "... a brand new Pokémon with amazing powers."

And that's why I call it a Pokémon. Please note that you don't have to agree with me so if you say it's not real, then believe so.

You realize this is also the same Pokémon Live that says:
Giovanni dated Ash's mom
Giovanni gives out the Diamond badge
Computers are controlled by happy thoughts
Deaf people can hear perfectly

It's incredibly un-cannon.

Uhh, no. Just because it appeared in a musical doesn't mean it's a pokemon. It's just a robot.

It's just a robot, not a pokemon. Mewtwo was a pokemon because it was alive and created from Mew. Porygon is a computer program yes, but it can come and go from cyberspace and is in some sense alive.

And also because the game says it is. And it evolves.

But its more of modification s and upgrades rather then evolving...or thats how I take it :P
