Rules:
1. I play OU. No ubers.
2. I have no qualms about battling hacked Pokemon... provided they're reasonable. Arceus is forbidden due to being as-of-yet unreleased. (besides, Arceus is an uber anyway) Anything that defies the limits of a normal Pokemon is forbidden- this includes moves that couldn't normally be learned, perfect IVs, more than 510 EVs, more PP than is possible, etc.
3. I use the Smogon tier list, not the Acanthite one. This means that Latias is OU, and BL isn't full of NU crap like Entei and Regice.
