Czarsatz

Czarsatz is a manmade legendary Pokemon that features heavily in the fangame I've been counting down to since March. It has the ability to project computer data into reality.
Pokedex entries for Czarsatz:
A:
CZARSATZ' body is composed primarily of magnetized gases held within a magnetic field. The intense electricity in its core causes lightning to form in the air around it. It can't be photographed due to the static electricity.
B:
Around CZARSATZ, space is distorted to fit its needs. If it is forced to operate in normal gravity and physics, the magnetic field that makes up its body will break apart. It can still reform once back in a computer, though.

I'm not too good an artist, but I am better, and, in a way, this style suits the Pokemon.
