Cute, isn't she?
Her name is....Lapree!!

Pokedex entry:

Lapree the Baby Plesio pokemon
Type: Normal/Water
Ability:Water Absorb
This pokemon was born small, Some say it's powers are very very strong but it doesn't know how to use them yet. This pokemons cuteness will soon evolve into pure beauty.

Not the best of the best.......but whatever. i'll just keep on practicing.

I love it, it is extremely cute (Not as cute as youir Poochyena Animation though)

I like it ^_^ but maybe you could put a pattern on it that resembles Lapras's turtle shell, :rolleyes: Even though Rotom doesn't evolve I think I might make a pre-evo form :D

All I'm seeing is a diminutive lapras that lacks a shells - granted, thats probably what you were going for :P . I would like to see some kind of defining feature though, perhaps a pattern on its rump as Cool mentioned to suggest the formation of the shell in its evolved stage?

With that out of the way, I have to say, it is adorable somehow :D
And I commend you for actually being able to make something distinguishable in GIMP, a feat I have failed to do so miserably that I never touched that program again since. Guess I was too accustomed to PS elements at the time, huh.

Looking forward to seeing you improve ;)

thanks i think?And no.. i wans't aiming for a shelless chibi Lapras ...i aimed for a Pre-evo -_-

And i doubt i will improve dude, i have a mousepad i only practice but i wont improve :P

Well, existing pre-evos tend to fit the criteria xD, like Pichu, Magby and Elekid. Bah. You may doubt it but that will not mean you won't improve. Actually, I doubt that you actually doubt it (lol word overuse xD), otherwise you wouldn't be practicing haha.

I know this may sound cliche but seriously keep at it, I'll be like, rooting for you and stuff xD

You can make a pre-evo rotom just dont call it Citats (Static Backwards) Or make it look like an engery ball Because thats what mine is going to be ^_^
