OooO, i hopethe Bug catching conbtest is vamped up aa bit, I loved those :O
I hope we dont get another Togepi, though -_-

I hope the Elite 4 get stronger, like in Platinum. I never understood how Lance and Bruno were weaker in GSC than they were in RBY/LeafGreen and FireRed.

In addtion, they should keep the Sevii Islands, but take out Naval Rock (considering this is a GSC remake, so there's already a way to get Ho-Oh and Lugia).
Or, they could keep Naval Rock and use that as a place to get Mewtwo (and the ticket needed to get there could be obtained via Nintendo event).

And speaking of events:
Birth Island (for Deoxys)
Mystery Island (for Mew)
Eon Island (for Latios & Latias)

I am absolutely exstatic, I have been waiting for this for a very long time indeed.

I believe the Elite 4 were weaker because of the 8 gyms afterwards, sure they didn't provide as much as a challenge as the original elite 4 but the idea was awesome. Seeing 8 badges under my save has left me feeling incomplete in the new games, damn you gold!
We can't forget A- I mean Red as the final trainer in the game, I thought that was a really nice touch aswell.

However if I'm honest I don't want too much added, perhaps fix up kanto from the original "condensed" version and perhaps make Mt Silver a little harder to get through.

But now all I can say is wow.

I'm SUPER psyched! Here are some thing that they can do:

- PokéGear on the bottom screen
- The Celebi/GS Ball/Ilex Forest event that only Japan got
- Sevii Islands
- The updated Goldenrod Center only in Japanese Crystal
- Maybe the Orange Islands (like that will ever happen :P )

I'll think up of more. And from the looks of it, rom hacker Zel's ShinyGold Version will soon be nothing to everybody. I bet Zel is mad and happy: happy for the official remake and mad for all that time making that game for nothing.

Oh yes!:D We have all been waiting for this ever since FRLG came out. Again, I want a lot of places revamped like the Lighthouse and Tin Tower and Whirl Islands etc., etc. One thing that always struck me as odd was that you could never see the Kanto badges. Maybe they'll make a second badge case that is given to you before you get on the S.S Aqua (I think). Does anyone think that there may be a Battle Frontier, or just keep the Battle Tower from Crystal?

Feraligator is one of my favorite pokemon. so is Typhlosion.

Speaking of the radio and stuff, I think GSDS will be utilising features of the DSi.

Feraligatr is not like he was in G/S/C. He now benefits greatly from the physical/special split. Don't teach him surf :P

I was like jumping up and down and screaming like a little school girl when I found out personally. GSC was my favourite generation of all of them, and I'm stoked that it's back!

If they absolutely have to do that I hope it isn't something that could be potentially detrimental to the gameplay if you don't own a DSi. I personally aren't too keen on having to buy another DS just so I can play a game for the system properly.
