That new Storage System Pokédex looks pretty damn fantastic.

Now there's breakable rocks in the Ruins of Alph. Either they're giving us more opportunities to catch Shuckle, or maybe those rocks have a secret that could lead us to the ! and ? Unown. Or I'm just over-analyzing this.

Holy cutscenes, Batman!

Look at those awesome Ho-oh and Lugia cutscenes/intro pics, I want the game just for those!

This game is becoming the most awesome game in the history of history.:) With any pokemon having the ability to follow you and a brand new pokedex and the unlocking of speial areas by sending over special pokemon and being able to get a Dialga at level 1.:P I want this game so badly now. Come on Nintendo, make it happen!

The scans makes me want it more. I was hoping to the in-game overworld map. Speaking of maps, Pokebeach.com noticed there is a small piece of land west of the National Park. So this comfirms that there is new small pieces of land through out Johto.

Plus the map shows Route 27, meaning Kanto is in this game (I want to find the people who thought Kanto might not come back and slap them silly. I mean come on, Kanto is about 45% of the original G/S/C story)

Jirachi and Celebi are the only 2 event-only Pokémon I haven't obtained (there's Arceus, but I really don't care about it), so Jirachi will be very good to have, as those last 2 are my 2 favorites of the event 'mon....since we're getting back to Johto, Celebi should show in an event fairly soon afterward, or maybe it'll actually be obtainable naturally in-game at some point.

Can't wait to get a look at the new areas, notably the ones unlocked by the Arceus and Jirachi events and the areas where Kyogre/Groudon and Rayquaza are found....should be fun.

[at this point, I'm really going to need 2 DS's to do everything that can be done....]

Here's what I want, any land Pokémon can follow you, any flying pokémon picks you up when you fly (instead of that black bird in D/P), and the water Pokémon carry you when you surf.

That's what I think will happen anyway, I mean come on, can you imagine Wailord or Magikarp following you about on land?

[This doesn't apply if the water/flying Pokémon is able to walk]

I would also like advanced breeding characteristics, such as the notch-eared Pichu and Ritchie's "Sparky" the Pikachu who had the calf-lick :P.


This game looks set to be the best Pokémon game ever created, now I can't wait to see what 5gen holds :P

I always loved Sparky. Hmm, I was thinking. WHat's the posibility of them putting in Pokemon with indivdual characteristics?

Lets say, think liek its shinies, there is a 1/2000 chance of getting a Meowth with a silver coin instead of gold? Or fidning that Pikachu thats a little furier?

I couldnt help but think that when I noticed so many varied Pokemon coming into play :P

@ The Mob: I'm pretty sure that the only place you could catch Houndour in the original was in Kanto. So, how would have work for your plannish SS team?

OK, bringing in these extra characteristics to the Pokémon has got me thinking. Notched-Ear Pichu was introduced in the anime first. So does this mean other variations could appear that were originally from the anime? I mean, we could see the Pichu brother with Sparky's hair-do, or Sparky himself. Or maybe that Pink Butterfree as a variation (which would be exclusive to Butterfree). What else could we see?
