It's looking good. My bet is that they've been planning this since a long, long time... Instant buy for me, I miss the old generations. =)

How do we know it's not just until you catch another Pokemon, again? At first, it's just being borrowed, IIRC, so you wouldn't have a ball, not being a Trainer.

That being said, I certainly hope I'm wrong.

Also: I wonder what's on the second story of Elm's lab?

I wonder if you can swap your starter for another Pokemon to walk behind you... Would be awesome to have a Lugia or Ho-Oh behind you :P

But, do you guys think they're going to use the idea for the Sinnoh Dex (Just see all Pokemon for National Dex) or the idea of the old games (catching all of them)?

EDIT: If you can keep your starter beind you, there better be a singing Jigglypuff in one of the Pokemon Centers :P

In case anyone's interested, I've made a cleaner version of Totodile. The other two starters' art is partially covered by text, so a clean copy can't be made.

Still low-quality due to being a TV rip, but now it's usable.

That is very good. Totodile was the first Johto starter I ever had. Good times.

I hope they come up with cool new artwork for the rest of the Johto Pokemon.

As for getting the National Dex, I say they should use the FR/LG way (only this time, instead of catching 60 Pokemon they should double the amount since there's 251 Pokemon on the Jotho Dex).

I wonder if the Pokemon will have different sprites in each game like in the originals.


I can't wait for the next Coro Coro scans to provide more information.

I'd say it's possible that the Pokémon may have different sprites. I just hope my sprite of Kamon will still be used in Acanthite.
