Camerupt is NU simply because of its 4x Water weak, when its stats let it crush any non-Water NU quite easily, Regigigas is NU even though nothing in that tier can take it down in 5 turns anyway, and then it'll be Uber material stat-wise, Milotic is UU even though it's still an epic beast, Garchomp is Uber when it's not particularly hard to counter (in spite of what many people seem to think), etc....I'm sorry, but if that tier list is a result of massive amounts of research, then
reason >>>>>>>>>>>>>> research.

Or you could just have an OU tourney and disallow the classic Ubers and Tyranitar (and Garchomp, if you must), and then it doesn't matter what the rest of the tier set-up is, as long as you have a distinct set-up of "unusables". That is, Ubers.

Agree with you on Camerupt.

Regigigas needs to be UU.

Milotic needs to be OU.

Garchomp IS uber because you need a counter to beat it. Any pokemon where you have to have a counter for it is uber.

Tyranitar is killed by too much.

I'll switch around Exploud and Dunsparce. Also, you need a counter for Skarmory, but it isn't uber.

Oh and they need BL back. Apart from that I guess Smogon's list is way better.

BL fails.

Nyumi the Lopunny: No, actually. I don't usually get to go to events. But I still think that if you live too far from one, tough luck.
BL housed a lot of pokemon who had no place in OU and UU. There was no point in removing it.

Tough luck? Stupid. That's saying people have higher rights because they have their home in another area. :S

Wow, great minds think alike, I guess. :P And on both counts, too.

Yeah, we're keeping BL.
BL was pointless. You should classify something as one or the other, no moderate 'in-betweens'. If you're unsure put it in OU so it can't dominate UU.

Higher rights? I think Pokemon wisely holds events in big cities with high concentrations of people. There are several perks of living near the city, like game stores. One perk of living on the countryside, though, is peace, quiet, and not having too many roads. I'm sure countryfolk would agree that the advantages of having few roads, such as peace and tranquility, by far outweigh the disadvantages, which include having to drive more to get to Gamestop, or possibly not having one near you at all.

As I said, tough luck. I live in the suburbs, I don't usually drive to Gamestop for events. And I would agree that if I'm not willing to drive (or, hypothetically, if one wasn't in driving distance), I don't deserve the event Pokemon, regardless of whether 20 minutes by car for me is 2 minutes on foot for a city person. Again, tough luck for me. It can't be equally convenient for everyone unless it's a battle simulator like Shoddy, which, incidentally, fosters high competitiveness and skill in players. I don't like overly competitive environments. So, deal with it. Life can't be fair, and it shouldn't be, then there wouldn't be extremely wealthy people and geniuses. We need those people ;)
Why accept tough luck when we can just get it anyway? I don't see anything wrong with that. :)
Tough luck? Never heard of it :P I live in Canad, so I get nothing to do with events. So all of the legendary Pokemon are Action Replay from me :P I'd never use them in an online battle though.
Eck, this has been on long enough. I was supposed to set it to time off after 5 days. :P

8-5 to Shoddy. Thread closed and unstickied. Thanks for voting! ^_^
