As more work is put into the development of MyBB and we work more frequently on improving this message board ourselves, we continue to add and activate new features for our members.

When this message board first opened in July 2007, on an older version of MyBB, there were some issues between MyBB and the server which meant some features could not be activated. One such instance - the only major instance thus far - of one of these features being activated was when we turned on the reputation system last year. Today I'm pleased to announce that further work on the message board has allowed us to activate the thread rating system.

When you go into a forum and display all the threads in that forum, such as this one, you will now see a Rating column which allows you to rate the thread out of five stars. Thread ratings will also be shown on the main thread view. These let you rate how good or bad you think a thread is. You could also use it as an alternative way to rate people's works if you're looking in the Art Community or the Land of Creation - it's yours to use however you like.

I was wondering why this site didn't have a thread rating system, like other forums. Nice to see it here.:)

I've just, to use a Guitar Hero term, 5*d some threads that you may notice have something in common. :P

Alright, I'm ready to crush some people's spirits with 1 star ratings :P. Nah, just kidding. It's a neat system and I'm definitely going to use it often.

This is one feature I'm actually going to use quite a lot :P

It's nice to see the forums improve :)
