Hello everyone. I bring here something different, based on another challenge that was made in this forum, the "Monotype Challenge".


- Battles will be made by Wi-Fi
- Lv100 Single Battle
- Smogon Uber List pokémons are forbidden
- ONLY 1 pokémon type can be selected (Ex: Electric)

You can use Pokesav, however you MUST obey certain rules, the hacked pokémon cannot:
- have Perfect IV's (all 31 IV's)
- cross the line of 255 EV's per Stat and 510 general
- have moves they cannot learn by Lvl, Breeding or Move Tutor
- have an ability they cannot have

- Species Clause: Cannot use 2 of the same pokémon (Ex: 2 different Lucario)
- Item Clause: Forbidden 4 of the same item in a party, 3 at max; and NO Lucky Items, such as Focus Band, Quick Claw, Brightpowder and so on...
Exceptions: You can have up to 4 Leftovers in a team (not 5 nor 6) and only 1 Focus Sash (nem 2,3,4,5,6 apenas 1)
- Sleep Clause: Only 1 pokémon with Sleep per player. Even if your opponent used Rest, it counts for the Sleep Clause
- Evasion Clause: Cannot use moves like Sand Attack, Double Team, ...
- OHKO Clause: moves like Fissure, Horn Drill and Sheer cold are forbidden
- Soul Dew Clause: Soul Dew is strictly forbidden

Who doesn't follow these rules will be banished of the tournament.
The inscriptions will be open until there is a decent number of challengers.

This sounds like it would be interesting, provided you don't end up against a team that is the perfect counter to everything you have.:p But before I sign up, are dual types allowed?

Quick question. Can you use a type that's already been chosen? I'd like to take part using electric, but you already chose it so I'm just wondering.

well, first of all, u have to choose ur main type, then if there are pokemons of that type that have a second different type (ex: magnezone [electric/steel]), that's not a problem, if it were only pure-types it would be a problem...


n for TheHoppingOne, yes u can choose a type already selected, other way it would be very limited the number of challengers LOL

well, looks like this is gonna be something difficult after all...

Out of interest, why is Latias banned? It's OU.

it's definitly a good question... this is already to avoid people who could want to use dragons, and try to use Latias with Soul Dew without others knowing it, something that is strictly forbidden in the metagame.

You could put a Soul Dew Clause on, like everyone else does.
