Bibbowack (Bib + misspelling of Bivouac)

Evolves from Bibarel with King's Rock.
The Wise Monarch Pokémon
Monarchy - If the Pokémon has less then half of it's HP remaining, the attack of all your other Pokémon is raised.
Unlike its previous forms, Bibbowack is very wise. They normally rule large lakes and resevoirs, watching over the Pokémon there as a kind and benevolent ruler. They build giant Bivouac by the shores of these lakes and use them as their palaces. When they evolve from Bibarel, their staff becomes the first twig they see. They take a gem from their stomach and place it in the stick.

Holy crap that is awesome!:D When Bibarel reaches the peak of nobility, this is what happens. That is phenomenal, Riceeman! It looks very much like a king. Wonderful job, and I'm sure Hak will have a heart attack.:p
