Ok, I've decided to make a tournament type thing, but only 15 people (not including me) per tournament.

You can use any of the Generation 4 games and there are only three rules:
1. All Pokemon must be level 50
2. No Ubers (see tier list here for Uber list http://www.pokemonacanthite.com/forum/sh...p?tid=655)
3. No OHKO moves

Wait, you mean EXACTLY level 50? Or are you using a level adjusting rule?
