Not a GREAT quality image, but thanks to PokéGym's gallery for it.
This is a prototype of DPt classic blanks for EX series remakes, just as the gold bordered DPt cards represent remakes of old, classic cards. I thought it would be cool to give fakers a wider variety of options, including options that haven't appeared on official cards (as of yet).
I'm open to suggestions and criticism aimed at improving this concept.
I'm also interested in what other customised blanks people would like to see. I'm already planning on doing Dark Pokémon (like Team Rocket sets), but other options include things like dual types, or DPt style Delta Species. Or brand new ideas. Fire away!
I really liked that card, but in a blank like that, where will you put the energy symbol if an attack has 1 Energy cost?
I think you may have gone a little overboard with the EX Details. It doesn't look too much DPt styled anymore.... Well to me, anyway. Otherwise, great job on the textures and etc. I'd love to see some δ Blanks! (would be quite helpful to me..... ^^;;)

Hey Cipher, what I mean is on the DP blank that is edited by Fangking like on this Ho-oh card he remade. I didn't mean the old EX series blanks. *rings the gong and hurts self in confusion*
These are based on EX-series blanks, so I imagine it will be the second circle.

Ah, I see what you mean. Well, the layout of the text area is pretty much the same, so I'd agree with Flameh that it'll still be in the second circle from the left.
