The background would have to remain dark, to emphasise the glow...
But still, black is terribly boring.

Can you make me one like Parson's except its with a Celebi and my name (Celebi) oh and could it be a little bigger? On bulbapedia since there making HG And SS theres a new pick of Celebi which i think you should use.
