Will all pokemon be catchable in the game? Without trading and such stuff?
Nope, all Acanthite Pokémon upto Porygon-X3 (or was it Gigimplode?) are present.
And the others? Are they just crossed out?

All the pokemon in the Merto Dex will be obtainable in the full version of the game. In the demo, however, at least one pokemon in each line up to the Porygon line will be present in the demo - not necessarily catchable, but present.
