This is a very early beta. I figure I've got the effect and picture done, now it's just for the realistic tweaks, such as fonts, alignment etc.

Sweet! Cool concept, fake Energy cards are something you don't see too often.

I would word it as "Star Energy provides [*] Energy. The Pokémon Star Energy is attached to has no Weakness. At any time during your turn (before your attack), you may discard Star Energy. If you do, remove 3 damage counters from the Pokémon Star Energy was attached to. You can only have 1 Star Energy in play at a time. (Doesn't count as a basic Energy card.)"

Or "you may return Star Energy to your hand," whichever you meant there. Since it always provides Colorless Energy, the icon on the top right should probably be a [*] too, not the Star Energy symbol.

Looks like a good start. When I first saw the thread, I thought it was going to be the start of an entire new type, but this is cool, too. Nice card effects and nice drawing of the Star symbol, although the larger one needs to be smoothed out a little. Looking forward to the finished product.
