This looks great! If I knew how to make fake cards and draw, I would make cards for each of the members in my fan fic.

All that needs doing is the delta symbol at the bottom right of the image border needs sharpening a bit, try fiddling with the contrast a little and using a hard eraser around the edges :)
Other that that, it's spot on!

Body should be "... each Pokémon in play (both yours and your opponent's) with [delta] on its card." (note the lack of apostrophe), and in the attack, the word "basic" shouldn't be capitalized.

There's some alignment issues in the body/attack, but yeah. Interesting attack. And multiples of those in play with my old Flygon d ex deck would have been glorious u_u

Louis, the eon blanks are my custom blanks - I think you mean the Delta Species cards :P
