No need for the W/R clause since you're putting counters, and thus it wouldn't be affected by W/R anyways.

Mate, I honestly don't think that the Delta icon will work at the top. I had a little go at it differently:

The Delta icon may work on the top, Flamey. Here's proof that it'll work at the top:

It'll work so that it'll look like the EX style Delta Species blank, that the Delta icon encloses the word "Basic" (including Stages 1 and 2)
