I've been here a bit but I had to ask how was this website made I don't mean why it was made but how?
Can someone tell me?

This should be in general chat.
Like all other websites, you need a domain name, which you can purchase. Then, you have to design the website from scratch, use a website making program such as dreamweaver or microsoft word, or the domain host will provide you with a planned layout.
As for pokemon acanthite itself, I imagene fang and his bud's got together and said, wouldent it be cool If we made a fangame?
