I like it, positioning looks good to me (but hey, every position would look good to me xD), retreat cost seems to match with the HP.
Nice work =D to only flaw I see is the white around his bulb and front paws.

Lovely. Everything is on the the simple side, but overall the card pulls the simple thing off very well.
