If you were a gym leader, what type/theme of pokemon would you use? What would your team be? What traps/obstacles in your gym would you have?
If I were a gym leader, I would have Grass types. The way my gym would work would that there would be giant flowers that reach to the top of the gym. They would serve as elevators. There would also be trainers on them. You could go from flower to flower by walking across vines and floating on giant petals. Eventually you would get to the leader (that's me!) and you would battle. Oh yeah, I'd be the Fifth Gym Leader of Eveningshrub City.

I would be a fire type gym leader. Flames would be blocking me from the trainer, along with other trainer guarding switches to revert the fire.
I would probably be a Steel-type Gym Leader. No idea what my gym would look like, but assuming I would be the seventh Gym Leader, my team would be like this:

Gym Layout- There are statues of Dragons that you have to interact with in a certain order in order to pass. The dragons' eyes start out red, then turn blue when you interact with it, and gold when you have finished. They become red again if you break the order.

The gym would be a maze of physical challenges. from climbing to jumping. if you fail a jump or climb (sometimes both at the same time, like jumping over a gap to grab onto a climbing wall)
you would fall down into rooms (more often then not, the gaps lead to padded rooms below)
where you would be challanged by my ninja slav... minio... students.

My gym would look like a normal circular gym, but it would be surrounded by a giant orb of energy that pulsates. The only way to get to the gym is from a catwalk.

You would have to find your way through a maze of mirrors, occasionally the rooms would change, making the way a little hard and harder to avoid any trainers. The gym would be a giant steel dome with Steel pillars. Can't think of anything else more exquisite.
TM: Mirror Shot
There would be 13 rooms. Each room, save the last, would have a door one and door two, and a wrp tile at the right. There would be a sign with a hint involving a pokemon, like "Alakazam walks with its spoons in hand," to which the answer would be door two. You'd go through the door to find a warp tile. Stand on the warp tile, and you are teleported to a room. If you picked the right door, you'd be moved to a similar looking room except for a different sign. If you picked wrong, you'd appear in the same room.
My Gym would be an aquarium with a few rooms surrounded by water and walled with glass. There would be trainers guarding platforms to lift you to a floor above the water. You'd battle your way through, going above and below the water all the way.
If I would be a Gym Leader, I'll choose Fire-type Pokemon.
Puzzle: My Gym would have lava at the bottom, and metallic roads are the main and only way of transport. The Gym's puzzle would be something about activating levers to drop or raise the lava's tide (Wake style). Also, you'll need to hit certain switches to switch the position of certain metal roads (Volkner style) or to deactivate certain burners placed on the floor.
