As this is my 493rd post on the forums, I thought I had to have something to do with Arceus in it.

The artwork featured is the Official KEN SUGIMORI artwork, but I thought it should have a... well, epic background to sit with it. So with a bit of smudging, radial blurs and brushing, this is what I came up with.
