To answer your question, he is a character in Digimon, and he is Junpei Shibayama in the Japanese version of the anime.
I dislikes that anime. I liked season 3 better. Why is it that everything you do is in Japanese, and not English?

Were getting of topic. I dislike Subtitles and Japanese names, so I prefer just watching dubs. Of course, I hate anime, so...
