I tried posting everywhere about this topic and seem to get really dumb responses so if you are going to respond, please be nice about it.
Ok, here is the story. I used to be 240 4 years ago but now I am down to 130 5'10 (with shoes on)
I used to be in shape and went to Baltimore for a nice trip and ate some bad stuff (fried foods and ice cream). After that I worked it off but then suddenly the pounds(water weight I guess you could call it) that you would get rid of at night got down less so I can't eat like I can which results from me to starve and eat hardly anything but yo yo dieting and weighing myself after I eat. I really want to quit it and i heard eating smaller meals frequently may help but I'm not sure (also depressed a lot due to stress and loss of family member). I'm eating low fat foods and whole grains.
So as far any advice, what should I do? Eating wise and whatnot? Controlling myself, motivation,etc
