@Eebit: I merely put that there as a bit of background on him, and as an explanation I gave his classes. I should revamp the stage section though.
Name: Jude Lumsden (Alignment: Lawful Evil, HP: 66, Level 9 (split fourth-level Psionic/fifth-level Assassin. Elemental powers are innate, not learned.)) <- put there as a bit of background for D&Ders.

Home Arena: Here, you should be thinking something like Route 217 on steroids. Very very very high winds and blizzards. The lone spot where it's just normal snow has been said to contain the entrance to his hammerspace realm, which is also part of the arena to an extent -- his weapons are summoned from the non-arena portion. This portion of the arena is like Char's simple arena only it's made of ice and is floating on water, with a fair few architectural details like Melee's Battlefield -- only circular. While outside, though, there is a small cave in the side of the cliff just ahead of the non-blizzard area, if you were to go in here, you'd probably see his past meals -- he is a vampire, after all, and he doesn't care if he bites anyone as long as his friend and fellow vampire Jake isn't around, which he isn't. This cave is the premier close-combat arena next to hammerspace, and it's where he goes before there, it's the near-final stand. Outside in blizzard-land though, it's very mountainous and rocky, and there are several places where an opponent can be sent through a large rock and into a wall. Also some high ledges which, provided the weather, offer great cover for ranged combat.
Age: 21 (b. 24th Jan, 8101) (Age in werewolf years is 42.)
Appearance: He's a werewolf, and his colors are grey and white. When he's made of ice, he made of ice, and blue when water. His eyes are also glowy electric blue. (he's a rather odd character.) 7'4" in height. (Werewolves in our RP age at half-normal speed) Also a vampire. Usually found with two pistols, two swords and an M24. Swords on back if not in use, pistols are on hips in same case. Can send weapons to and from his own realm -- like Hammerspace.
In battle he usually has his M24 and swords out. Found wearing grey jeans and a white t-shirt with a pistol printed on it, underneath which is printed in black letters is "NOT AN ASSASSIN".
History: After spending most of his life in the far north, Jude has gained the ability of complete control over ice, he can do with it what he wants. He left the north at age 17 to find at age 21 his current companions Jake, Sly, Mirah, Cooper, Ghost, Marcus, Wynturr, and later on Gizmo, TEN and Kodai. He adventured with these other werewolves until their world nearly got destroyed in late 8144 by endless hordes of zombies. During these events, he discovered a long-forgotten second elemental power of his: control over water. He used this to his advantage in the great zombie wars of 8144 to kill millions of zombies. He was chosen to participate in the tournament after Mortika, the last remaining archmagis, foresaw it before he died.
Abilities: Can make anything out of ice, also works in reverse. Freezes anything he wants, can turn into ice and then into water. He's also psychic. When on unfrozen ground, speed is at max 80mph, when on frozen ground, this increases to a max of 200mph. Can summon the unbreakable ice sword Arctic Shard once per hand. Dual-wields these ice swords for close combat. Depending on what weapons he is wielding, he can unleash six to twelve attacks on an opponent in any given turn. (One as base, add three for speed, add two for vampire, multiply by two if dual wielding.) Can also turn into fog to confuse opponents. He's an extremely powerful ice and water elemental, to be brief.
Strengths: Impenetrable mind; nothing can even get in. Ace assassin; he can snipe you from over 200 feet away. Elemental; he controls ice and water.
