Hi guys, just a note - don't be overbearing on new people. Things like 'don't be a noob' and 'READ THE RULES' make us seem like evil overlords, and we've already had a new guy leave because of it.

Yeah, even if it's FWLs that people have been using for months(such as mine) people may take it the wrong way. I'll try to lighten up a bit. ;)
Yes, it can be intimidating for new members when the rules are mentioned in almost every reply. Makes you think that you're going to get a warning no matter how hard you try to behave.
Reminding about rules etc. is fine, just don't overdo it. : )
