Better, but the outlines still bug me. Especially at the eyes.
Black outlines let the sprite look scribbled and pixelated.
By colouring it accordingly, you could give it a smoother, pleasant look.

I just realized that you should make it a bit bigger and light up the outline a bit more and voilà! You've got an awesome Raddish sprite! =)

It's French for "look there!". It's the conjugated "voire", which means "see". "You see" means "tu vois" then. And "là" means "there". So "tu vois là" ("you see there") is then abbreviated to "voilà", as an exclamation for any stuff presented or emphasized. Like meeting a shiny Dunsparce: "Voilà! A shiny Dunsparce! =O".
