Welcome to the first annual DPPtHGSS WiFi League brought to you by Aki's Lemon Farm.

In this league participants battle to earn points and climb the league table in order to earn the title of WiFi champion. Hopefully the beginning of an annual event where members can enjoy the competition and the great battles to be had.

So let's start off with the rules!

League Rules

• Smogon tiers are NOT used
• Legendary pokemon are banned (See exception list for exceptions to this rule)
• All Psuedo Legendary pokemon are allowed to be used.
• All pokemon must be legal, pokesav is allowed however I will carry out hack checks to ensure that your pokemon are legal.
• You may have up to two of the same pokemon on your team, however you cannot repeat this rule. EG 2 Vileplumes and 2 Bellossoms on the same team is illegal.
• More than one pokemon cannot be put to sleep at a time that are on the same team.
• Accuracy moves are banned (Double Team, Sand attack etc)
• Once your team has been decided, you may select 4 substitutes this list is then sent to the independent referee for confirmation (Me).
• A team name must be submitted which will appear on the league table
• All battles are 6 on 6
• Each participant will have played each other twice by the end of the season.

The top 6 teams in the table after the main season has finished will then play in the play-offs in order to be crowned champion.

Play-offs will be played in a tournament format. More info will be revealed at the time.

Finally
Sign up in this thread with your team name and when you're happy with your pokemon team submit the list to me via PM.

Remember that list should contain 10 pokemon!

I'll take the challenge, should be fun. :P I'll go with Disco Inferno as my team name. I'll send you a list of Pokemon for my team in a little while. I'll be using HeartGold, to let you know. Is there a level restriction or level cap?

On Wifi all battles should be set to Auto Lvl 100. So don't worry about that.

Sorry, but I haven't got the National Dex yet in Platinum. So, I'll use Pearl.

EDIT: I currently have eight Pokemon finalized, with seven movesets finalized.

EDIT #2: Why are the Birds singled out? If you approve them, you should also approve the Dogs/Cats, the Regis, and the Pixies.

Well I got the idea from the anime, and in the anime the legendary birds have been used by trainers (The guy in Battle frontier had an articuno even though he didn't own it).

That's the main reason for it. Plus Phione is weak so why not XD
