So, who else is over the moon for Pantera DLC?
26-05-2010, 08:11 AM
Not particulary to be honest, I've never really seen the appeal of Pantera :(

I love Pantera, though I'm not sure if I'll get the DLC (I haven't seriously played RB in a year or so, GH is, IMO, better).
However, if there will be keyboard in RB3, consider me sold. That is, if they don't choose songs that all have harmonies, guitar, bass, drums and keyboard. I don't want to think of the setlist that'll come out of that.
And while we're talking about DLC:

Pre-ordered. Not even Justin Bieber can ruin this setlist. However, Child In Time would make this game go from amazing to epic.
Also, Aqualung on GH = No Rock Band 2 anymore. Never.

Am I seriously the only person in the world who HATES Aqualung with a passion?
But I find it ironic that Money for Nothing is in Guitar Hero, I really am worried that they'll censor the 'I want my MTV' lines :D Nice to see moar Night Ranger too, and moar Kiss.
And I seriously hate the FPS Montage song being on here :@

Unless this is really cheap I won't get, they really need a proper Bass controller with the body of the second one - and make it more 'axe' like, if you see my drift.....
Because the Simmons bass that's out now looks really tacky.

Aqualung is a great song, but if we're talking Jethro Tull we definitely need Thick as a Brick in this game. It would be the greatest song in a Guitar Hero game ever.
...did anyone notice the guitar controller is missing the slider bar?
Haha, remember when Dave Grohl said that he would never work with Neversoft again after Cobain got featured in GH5? Funny how that turned out.
(EDIT: They chose the Drowning Pool song? What a disappointment. There are so many great songs named Bodies!)
